For our brewery in Cuba, Cerveceria Cubana S.A. we are actively looking for internship positions for commerce and supply chain. The supply chain department is responsible for material and production planning and the linking pin between commerce, purchasing and production. With new product introductions and increased complexity this offers new challenges to our business. On the other hand, the commercial department is focused on expanding our route-2-market and logistic footprint in the country.
What will you be doing?
- You either join in a role in the commercial area to lead a new product introduction, or lead the introduction of S&OP (Supply & Operations Planning) planning tool to ensure all areas work better together to avoid out-of-stocks.
- You are will be working in Mariel, Cuba and/or Habana, Cuba for at least 10 months.
- You will be a full members of the team and have end-2-end responsibilities.
Who are you?
- You are finalizing your Bachelor- or Master studies in Economics, Supply Chain and/or Operations.
- You love an adventure!
- You speak fluent Spanish and English.
- You are a fast learner and eager to learn in a new environment and difficult market conditions.
- You are willing to take the lead and assume responsibilities.
- You are pro-active and can easily communicate challenges.
