Specifically, your role will involve:
- Sales development
- Actively support the Parts Sales Operations in quoting and entering orders via our ERP system
- Supervise the daily operations and have a focus on the set daily & yearly targets
- Proactively suggest additional ideas to enhance the customer experience
- Integrate and promote our e-commerce portal
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Experience in the Parts business
- Sales-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer service
- Comfortable using software such as ERP and CRM systems
- Knowledge of JD Edwards and Salesforce – a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great analytical abilities
- Team player
- Meticulous
